As 2019 begins in earnest, we’ve decided to make it easier for customers to access some of our Tenerife guides online by implementing automatic downloads.
Up until now, we have offered maximum flexibility to mix and match individual Island Walks, Town Walks and Island Drives in any way customers like which many customers have taken advantage of over the years. Unfortunately, the mind-boggling number of possible variants of sales has made it administratively impossible to have those choices automated.
Over the last year, more and more of our customers expect to be able to download the guides instantly and most of them tend to buy the full set of walks and drives. So we have decided to stop selling our guides as single routes, and to automate the system.
With effect from February 2019 you will no longer be able to buy single Island Walks, Island Drives or Town Walks, only the full set of each will be available to buy online. Once you have made your purchase you will automatically be redirected to a page where you can simply hit the ‘download’ button to receive your PDFs instantly. So if you want to buy single drives, walks or town walks, you only have this month in which to do so.
